These RPL Self-Assessment Guides have been designed to help students gain recognition for the skills they currently have, regardless of how, when or where the learning has occurred. The guides provide a step-by-step process to help identify: The knowledge and skills, which are relevant to the units in BSB20101 Certificate II in Business, part of the Business Services Training Package. The number of units which are needed to complete the qualification.
